The Newark Housing Authority Scholarship Foundation application period is now open.

NHASF has awarded almost $500,000 in scholarships to 300 college-bound youngsters from Newark's public housing communities. Last year, the foundation awarded $32,000 in scholarships to four graduating high school pupils. Click here to download the application packet. Deadline is March 26, 2010.
