Description: Join us for a walking tour of downtown Newark, highlighting some of the treasures of Broad Street. Buildings such as the National Newark Building, City Hall, Prudential and Symphony Hall have all been instrument in the development of Newark’s primary business district. See historic photographs of Broad Street in the 1800’s and early 1900’s from the NJHS collection. Tours will run rain or shine and begin in the lobby of NJHS. No reservations are required for tours.
