On Sept. 21, U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Shaun Donovan toured  the Central Ward with Mayor Cory Booker, Executive Director Keith Kinard and other dignitaries. The group discussed challenges facing the area, as well as, the progress that have been made in this neighborhood within the last three years.
