THE TOWNHOUSES AT NORTHPOINT - A NEW BEGINNING

Eighty-eight (88) newly constructed and occupied townhouses were dedicated on October 12, 2006 lead by Keith D. Kinard, Executive Director.

“This dedication acknowledges the Authority’s continued commitment to building quality, affordable housing for the citizens of the City of Newark and the County of Essex” Mr. Kinard said. “The future of affordable housing requires effective partnerships between the City Government, private developers and the financial community if we are to provide the very best product in the marketplace”
