Park Place--Grand Opening Ceremony, June 2009

Park Place is a spanking new 45 one, two-and three-bedroom rental townhouse development located at 534 South 12th Street. The site consists of 100 percent public housing units.
Featured are a 3,600 square foot state-of-the-art conference center, three tot lots and a sculpture garden. Jerry Grant, a local artist, designed the sculpture featured in the garden.
