How to Apply

• Applications must be submitted online via Rent Café Portal: https://tinyurl.com/NHAPortal
• OR scan the QR Code with your phone camera to open the link:
• The application portal (Rent Café) is available 24/7.
• Only one application per household is allowed. Duplicate applications will be rejected.
• Paper applications will be available only upon approval of a reasonable accommodation request. Applicants seeking this accommodation must submit a written request to the Newark Housing Authority’s property management office directly for review and determination.
