The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) invites residents to attend a Resident Town Hall Meeting to learn about NHA’s FY 2027 planning process, key plans and policies, important timelines, and upcoming opportunities for resident participation.

This is an informational Town Hall. NHA will provide a high-level overview of the planning process, key plans and policies, important dates, and next steps.
This meeting is not the formal public comment period. Proposed changes will be made available for review and comment during the formal public comment period.
WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
Learn about NHA’s FY 2027 planning process, understand the purpose of the major plans and policies, and find out what happens next. NHA will explain important dates, when materials will be available for review, and how residents can participate in the formal public comment process. Residents will also have an opportunity to ask general questions.
