The Newark Housing Authority (NHA) is seeking experienced development partners to drive innovative, high-quality, and sustainable projects across Newark. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) will establish a pool of partners to shape mixed-use and affordable housing developments that align with the city’s growth priorities.
